All Doula Services are provided with a no obligation interview. Should you decide to move forward, the following are the services provided with each level of care.

Birth Doula

1 to 2 prenatal visits
Available by text for any questions or as an ear for concerns
On call for 2 weeks before and after your due date
Help with writing a birth plan for your delivery
Assist with what you will want to pack for the hospital
Education on pain control
Will stay with you and will support you during your active labor
Will stay with you after the birth as needed, usually ~2hrs
Will assist in getting breastfeeding started
Available by text for any questions up to the postnatal visit
One postnatal visit 1 to 2 weeks after the birth

Postpartum Doula Care

Help to settle in at home
Educate on new baby care
          Diapers
          Bathing
          Soothing Techniques
          Cord Care
Care for your new baby as you catch up on rest
Help with older siblings
Happy to help with baby laundry as necessary
Nighttime nanny services
Go to pediatrician appointments if desired

Breastfeeding Support

Certified Lactation Counselor
          Provide instructions
          Help with latch
          Educate on different positions
          Self care
          Help resolve any issues
